Thanks to the pandemic, the chances of you bumping into the love of your life at a library or on the train are zero to none. Because do gaz ki doori, mask hai zaroori! Thankfully, online dating apps make it so much easier to meet someone.

All it takes is a simple swipe followed by flirty texts and pick up lines to score a date while sitting at home. While it’s convenient and fun, you can’t deny that it’s no Bollywood romance, you know with violins playing in the back (if that happens IRL).

Plus, OLD is hard. You go through the same set of rapid fire questions, your pace doesn't match and the chances of being ghosted and catfished is much higher than when you meet someone organically. 

I mean, don’t you miss the school and college romance? Or meeting someone by chance? Twitter misses it too and started a trend where people are discussing how they would want to meet ‘the one’ the old fashioned way.
