When you think of Indian superheroes, you either think of Shaktimaan or the new-age Krrish. 

It’s Hrithik Roshan who brought the superhero concept to life in Bollywood and the audiences went gaga over it because we finally had our own superhero franchise. 

The film completed 15 years of its release on Wednesday, June 23. On the occasion, Hrithik shared a special video hinting at Krrish 4 being in the pipeline.

In the video shared by the actor, Krrish can be seen flying in the air and throwing his mask at the audience leaving them excited. He captioned the post, “The past is done. Let’s see what the future brings. Krrish4 #15yearsofkrrish #Krrish4.”

We woke up to see #Krrish4 trending on Twitter and people have been sharing their opinions about the possible fourth instalment of the franchise. 

While some are genuinely excited about it, others are advising the actor to not follow the template of the previous instalment. 

Well, a few were also mocking the announcement as they feel that it’s not up to the mark.

People might have not liked the third film in the series, but the movie did join the 100-crore club at the box office. 

Sharing his excitement, Hrithik had said, “I haven't slept for four days. This usually happens during release time but tonight I am going to sleep like a superhero. It's excellent that the film is in the 100 cr club in just four days and we also have made a new record of the highest collections in one day that is Rs 35.91 cr on Monday so it's a feeling that I can't explain in words.”

In an earlier interview with India Today, he was asked if a fourth movie was in the pipeline. He had said, “I already have an idea for Krrish 4, I haven't got the time to meet dad after the release of the film so once I meet him I will share my idea with him but I want to tell the audience Krrish 4 will be out there before you know it.”
