Want to know what's worse than an already weird pair of crocs? Turning a croc shoe into a bag! Nope, we're not even kidding. This is not a good start to 2019, fashion-wise. Already a much frowned upon sandal label and a big no-no when it comes to style, crocs have taken their shoe game to a whole other level of just plain weird. 

Croc's new collaboration with a streetwear label Pizzaslice has resulted in the birth of satan's prodigy itself, the crocs cross-body bag. Have a look without making a what-the-hell-is-that-thing face.

The bag itself is a literal croc (one shoe, not a pair) of the label's infamous design with a polyester zipper pouch for storage where the sole usually is. There's also a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap attached to each end of the shoe which makes it a cross between a fanny pack and a cross-body sling. Either way, its absurd.

Apparently fashion loves the croc shoe. We don't , but that's a whole other story. First there were the Christopher Kane stone embellished crocs, then the Balenciaga platform crocs and now this.

The bag (or shoe? we're still confused) is handmade in Los Angeles and comes with 7 detachable and customizable charms. It is available in two colours, black and yellow.

If anyone wants one of these, as a collectible or as an accessory, they would have to fight hard for it. It's a unisex accessory and the brand is just making 25 units of these (talk about a limited edition accessory) with each one being retailed at 300$ which is around Rs. 21350 only.

Here goes another attempt by Crocs to make this infamous rubber shoe cool again, if it was ever one to begin with. You're still fashion's evil foe, Croc. Maybe 2019 is finally your year.
