It's a dream for all gamers to own as many games as possible, so that you'd never run out of games to play. But there's a fine line between collecting and hoarding, and apparently, a Texas man named Antonio Monteiro is lost in between.
Last week, Antonio earned the Guinness World Record for having the largest video game collection in the world. How many does he own? 20,139 to be precise as of March 28. Yes, that's just insane.

Monteiro has been collecting games since he was a child, and he apparently owns games for second to eighth generation consoles. Of course, he also owns 100-plus devices on which he plays all these games. Owning that many devices make sense considering the fact that he literally has huge walls stocked with games. You can check out the video here -
The wall of games, as you can see, includes complete collections for consoles like Sony's PS2. the Nintendo Wii, Sega Dreamcast, and more. His first ever game was a copy of 'Golden Axe' for Sega Genesis, which his parents gave him as a gift. His favourite game, however, is 'Super Castlevania IV' for Nintendo SNES, and he calls it a masterpiece.
