Looks Like We're Getting A New Crysis Battle Royale Game & Here's Everything We Know About It

Crysis is considered to be one of the best games of all time. It's one of those games that's remembered to date as one of the most demanding titles on the PC. The original recently got remastered but we highly suggest you play the full Crysis Trilogy if you haven't already.

In fact, now would be a better time to play them because it looks like Crytek is making a battle royale game that's set in the Crysis universe. Yes, it looks like we'll be revisiting the Crysis world again for an online multiplayer game.

Leaked documents of Crytek hints at a new battle royale called Crysis: Next. Other projects (could be pitched, canceled, or in the works) are mentioned in said documents:

According to a new leak, it looks like Crytek is working on the game right now and it's called Crysis Next. It's said to be a free-to-play battle royale, just like Apex Legends, Fortnite, and many others.

The details about the game are scarce at the moment but we know that it's currently being developed. In fact, there's also a promo artwork for the game in the leaked documents. It showcases a player wearing a Nanosuit with what seems like a Jetpack at the back.

It'll be interesting to see how this game fairs against the competition when it comes out. We think Apex Legends is doing great at the moment when it comes to battle royale games and so are Fortnite and Call Of Duty Warzone. Will players switch from these existing titles to a new Crysis game? Well, only time will tell.

The leak looks legit for now, but we suggest you wait for an official confirmation. We'll be keeping an eye out for the same, so stay tuned.
