He Exercises Seven Times A WeekYes, you heard it right. The actor did reveal that he follows his fitness regime rigorously and exercises seven to eight times a week. LunchIn an interview with Pinkvilla, he said that his lunch and dinner vary. According to Radio City’s YouTube video, the actor’s lunch includes grilled chicken, green vegetables and fruits shake.
DinnerFor dinner, the actor usually eats green beans, corn, brown rice and salads. In an interview with PV, he also revealed that he at times ends his day with a bar of chocolate.
