    No, you're not imagining it - we are doing another release, just a day after the release of 2.0.8.

    XenForo 2.0.9 fixes a flaw that could potentially be exploited to create a cross-site scripting vulnerability. We recommend that all customers running XenForo 2.0 upgrade to 2.0.9 or use the attached patch file as soon as possible. Note that if you are applying the patch rather than doing a full upgrade to 2.0.9, you will need to apply the 2.0.8 patch too.

    XenForo extends thanks to Thomas Schneider for identifying the issue.

    The issue is a XSS vulnerability. XSS (Cross Site Scripting) issues allow scripts and malicious HTML to be injected into the page, potentially allowing data theft or unauthenticated access.

    Applying a Fix: Upgrading
    You may upgrade to 2.0.9 to fix this issue. You should upgrade as you would to any other release.

    Customers with an active license may download 2.0.9 from their customer area. Full details for how to install and upgrade XenForo can be found in the XenForo Manual.

    Core - Members & Accounts:
    Language tweak to clarify the "Remove unvalidated members" setting. Fixed filters based on joined, last post or last visit time, and if bulk mails are allowed in the AdminCP member list and member filters (for example for group promotion) not fetching correct results. Fixed administrators receiving multiple "new device" emails when logging into the AdminCP if that device has not be used to log into the front-end. Fixed broken images in signatures and custom fields in the AdminCP member profile. Fixed registering through alternate login handlers (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) not logging that the new member accepted the terms and mailing list subscription. Fixed log which shows in member history when a member is promoted by group promotion showing the wrong old group. Fixed error with Wordpress login handler after access token expires. Fixed issue where the "import members from csv" feature did not check if the ID/display name/email address is too large.     This application will allow users from specific user groups to request to delete their account. All requests will be reviewed by Staff (admins), directly on ModeratorCP -> Delete Account Requests, to approve or deny the request. The whole user content (topics, posts, attachments, polls, etc.) will be preserved; only the account will be deleted.

    Admins can choose which user groups can request delete account and how many posts a user must have to do it Users can request to delete their accouts directly on Account Settings The Staff will review each request to approve it or deny it on ModeratorCP -> Delete Account Requests A Notification will be sent to Staff when there's a new deletion request Each action of Staff (approve or deny a request) is logged on Moderator Logs Compatibility:

    Theme features

    Theme Settings
    Easily enable, disable or modify theme features such as background images, logos, social media links, guest messages and colors. This makes modifications and upgrades very simple since little code changes are required.
     

    Easily edit color scheme
    Changing the default color scheme to your own color is very simple via the theme settings! With a few clicks, you'll have an entirely unique color scheme for your site!

    Social links
    Social links can be enabled/disabled and customized to your own URL, allowing you to easily link to your social network pages (facebook, twitter, etc)
     

    Background picker
    Your members can choose their own background image (or color) from a predefined selection and their choice is saved via cookies. This feature can be configured and disabled if necessary within the theme settings.
     

    Background settings

    Pages SuperGrid is a set of Pages templates and a complete solution to make your Pages databases (with articles, directories and so on) appealing and engaging. 
    SuperGrid is one of the most popular files in the Applications & Plugins category on the IPS Marketplace. 
     
    What’s needed: 
    IPS 4.2 or 4.3 in its most recent version with the Pages application  
    A pages databases that uses the stock Record Image field and has images with a sufficient resolution uploaded through that field. 
    (Technically, the templates also work without images, but it’s an image-centered design and works best when most or all records have images.)
    Which templates are included:
    A beautiful grid-based Front Page template with two records featured at the top — for when your database is set to article mode.
    A beautiful grid-based Listing template replacing the dull forum listing design — for when you open a category or have a database without categories.
    A unique Record View template with a large header image — for when you open a specific record.
    A category listing template – in case you use more than one category. 
    Note: You can use the templates for any number of databases, but the settings will always apply to all SuperGrid templates.

    Block template! Create blocks anywhere on your site – pointing to your database – and make them as beautiful as the database itself. 
    Detailed Feature Description and Notes:
    Pages SuperGrid is built with the IPS design framework and is therefore fully responsive and compatible to most well-coded/well-designed themes. The styling of your theme(s) is inherited and the Pages SuperGrid templates will usually work out of the box. 
    The template is designed to work on single-column pages with or without a sidebar. The grid will automatically adopt to the available width and collapse on smaller devices. 
    The content field is not shown in the grid-based listing templates and all images will be scaled and cropped (without distortion) to the same size to allow a consistent look.

    With group collaboration, members of your community are able to form their own groups, ranks, memberships and micro communities within the fold of your whole community.
    Any group can collaborate to create, maintain, and manage its own content based on what you allow as the site administrator. Out of the box, you can allow groups to manage their own forums, galleries, calendars, blogs, downloads, databases, and more. You control all the permissions and limits.
    Features Overview
    Create any number of categories and subcategories for groups to operate in, and set permissions and limits for groups on a per category basis. Move groups in and out of different categories at any time. Customize what groups are called on a per category basis. Set permissions for each category to determine which content types the group can use, how much they can use, what moderation permissions they are allowed within their group, who can view, create, and join groups in the category and more. Group leaders can create their own roles within the group, assign any of the permissions they’ve been allowed to those roles, and assign roles to other group members. Group leaders can set permissions on the content within their group based on the roles that they have created. All permissions for the content type are available. Group leaders can decide how they want to manage memberships to their group. Groups can be set to automatically accept new members, queue members for approval, be invitation only, or closed altogether. You can configure how many members a group can have total on a per category basis. You can configure how many groups an individual member can create or be a member in on a per category basis. You can configure how many groups members can own and be a part of on a sitewide level on a per member group basis. Group members have their own member titles, ranks, and post counts within each group which can be customized by group leaders. You can decide if post counts are added to the whole site post count or kept separate for the group on a per category basis. You can create “group models” in each category which act as a base layout and content structure for new groups. Group models can be used automatically, or you can give new group owners the choice as to which model they want to use. Features Added in 1.1
