  1. Before actress Samantha Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya fell in love and got married, she was in a relationship with actor Siddharth. He’s the same actor who is currently in the news for his problematic tweets for Saina Nehwal. The couple broke up in 2015 and soon after she found love in Naga Chaitanya. © Twitter However, the transition from their love story blossoming and making fans root for them to the two absurdly calling it quits wasn’t a smooth affair. According to a TOI report, Samantha was keen on settling down but Siddharth was not. According to sources, Siddharth’s closeness with another actress was one of the reasons the two grew apart. ‘Siddharth and Deepa have been spotted hanging out together quite a few times in the past. Siddharth was instrumental in her bagging the role, and the couple’s closeness could have caused the rift”. Another source claimed that he didn’t like Samantha being friends with her male colleagues and the possessiveness was getting to her. While the two never actually made the split public, she did tweet out post the break up that she was not a victim and that people should stop making reports around them. © Twitter The two got close and started dating after working in Jabardust together. After that, they were often spotted at parties and events together. Another portal quoted Samantha on her life post break up and she said , “I would have fallen into such a crisis in my personal life, just like actress Savithri. But thankfully, very soon, I realised it in the beginning and walked out of the relationship. This was when I sensed that it could end up bad. And then I'm blessed to have a person like Naga Chaitanya in my life. He's a gem.” Siddharth had also posted a tweet which read, "Nagoor biriyani ulundur pettai la irukara naai ku dan kidaikumna adha yaarum matha mudiyadhu. ( If a street dog in Ulundurpettai is destined to get Nagoor biryani, no one can stop it) after the news of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya dating made it to headlines. source: Asia Net News View the full article
  2. The Family Man 2 starring Manoj Bajpayee, Samantha Akkineni, and Sharib Hashmi has been streaming online and people have been pouring in positive reviews. The creators, Raj and DK, have already hinted at the third season and people are excited about the next part. Manoj also dropped a hint in an interview with Bollywood Bubble. “Everyone is locked up. Let the world open, let this country open fully. And when they start working... I'm very sure they will be taking it forward with Amazon. When it is greenlit they will start turning the story into a screenplay because the story is with them, that is ready. If everything goes right, it will still take one-and-a-half years, or more than that, for the third season to be ready,” he said. The fans are still reeling under the hangover and a video released by Amazon hinting at the possibilities of Paatal Lok’s Jaideep Ahlawat being on board for part three has got them super excited. In the video, we can see Jaideep Ahlawat, who plays the role of Hathiram in the web series Paatal Lok, having a conversation with Sharib Hashmi aka JK from The Family Man. The conversation hints at a crossover. JK mentions he is going on a trip with Srikant, but he can’t reveal details as it is ‘confidential'. Haathiram says that nothing is confidential when it comes to cops. When the two are conversing, Srikant calls Hathiram and their conversation somewhere puts a stamp on the fact that he might be a part of season 3. Here’s the video: People now want a crossover and want Hathiram to investigate what happened in Lonavala. © Amazon Prime Video © Amazon Prime Video © Amazon Prime Video © Amazon Prime Video Excited about a crossover? 3. Battlegrounds Mobile India does not have an official launch date yet but it seems like leaks are suggesting otherwise. The highly anticipated PUBG Mobile alternative by Krafton is expected to launch sometime in June after its predecessor was banned on the grounds of privacy and national security by the Indian government. © Unsplash/clint-bustrillos Now, however, a new leak suggests that Battlegrounds Mobile India is expected to launch on June 18th. This date hasn’t been leaked for the first time and at this point it just seems like a reassurance to the launch date even though Krafton hasn’t announced a date officially yet. The latest leak comes from know PUBG tipster Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern. © Krafton A tweet first reported by IGN India indicates a binary code that translates to 18062021. This could be a direct hint to an 18th June launch date, however we advise taking this information with a pinch of salt. Having said that, the same date was also tipped by a PUBG content creator named Abhijeet Andhare on Twitter. It is possible that the game will launch on June 18th if these rumours come to fruition. It is also worth pointing out that the rumoured launch date is also exactly a month after pre-registrations for the game went live on Google Play. Krafton, the South Korean developer behind the new version of the Battlegrounds game has been regularly teasing the game and its features on its official social media handles. The latest teaser showed off a Level 3 backpack that is very similar to the one found in PUBG. © Unsplash/screen-post Players on Android can still pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store and it's expected to launch on iOS platforms as well. Nevertheless, we can expect Krafton to launch the game sometime this month according to rumours. The game is expected to have gameplay similar to PUBG Mobile and will even feature some of the popular maps from the original game. The game will also run on old budget Android devices as revealed by its Google Play listing. The game will require at least 2GB of RAM, Android 5.1.1 and up to 750MB of free storage. 4. On Saturday, it was rumoured that the absconding wrestler Sushil Kumar was finally arrested by the Delhi Police after more than two weeks of searching for him in and around the National Capital Region. "Kumar has been arrested near Jalandhar. His associate Ajay Kumar, accused in the case, has also been arrested," a source told IANS. View this post on Instagram However, a report by Republic World suggests that the prior news of the two time olympic medallist finally being captured by the police is false and that Kumar continues to evade the officials. "Sushil Kumar has not been arrested," said Delhi Police joint commissioner SS Yadav. The report also suggests that the 37-year-old was last traced in Punjab with ten teams being sent to get their hands on the wrestler. However, he was not found anywhere until Saturday evening. It was also established that Kumar is using as many as 12 different mobile numbers to make calls and go on the internet in order to dodge the police. View this post on Instagram The police feel that there are broadly three major reasons why Sushil Kumar has managed to keep remain a step ahead of the law-enforcers who have been on the lookout for him: Cautious Use of TechnologyOn Friday, the police also said that Kumar has been extremely careful in using technology for communications. He has been switching sim cards before making calls and going on the internet to use applications such as WhatsApp for very small periods of time before turning his phone off again. Help From Gangsters“Moreover Kumar has links with many gangsters. They are helping him stay off the grid,” the officer added, according to The Print. Dedicated Fan-Base“Sushil Kumar as an international wrestler enjoys a huge fan base in Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh… Most pehelwans (wrestlers) in the region consider him a guru and are his chelas (disciples). They have been helping him switch locations with new hideouts,” says a Delhi police officer. View this post on Instagram “The pehelwan fraternity here is very dedicated to Sushil Kumar. They don’t want to let out any information on his whereabouts,” he adds. Kumar has been charged under Sections 302 (murder), 365 (abduction), and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) due to his reported involvement in the assault and consequent death of international wrestler Sagar Dhankar. 5. There has been speculation whether Krafton’s next game PUBG: New State would launch in India or not after the Indian Government banned the main mobile game last year. The sequel to PUBG Mobile has now been made official, however it is still uncertain whether the game would launch in India as no announcements were made by Krafton. © Krafton However, there is still hope that the game might eventually launch in India as something was discovered in its code. According to Instagram user GemWire, the source code for New State has a microsite that supports the Hindi language. In fact, the code has a “provision for loading in Hindi” according to the poster. “Recently, with no pre-registration available for India, China and Vietnam, there was certain uncertainty of whether the game would be available in India. Inspecting the website files shows us that there is a transcript file for Hindi hidden. The support for the Hindi language which is predominantly spoken in India suggests that it might make its way to India sooner or later,” the GemWire post said. View this post on Instagram According to a separate report by IGN India, the Hindi microsite has a full translation of content which indicates that Krafton is gearing to launch the game in the country. The Hindi microsite is currently disabled and cannot be accessed, probably due to the recent ban the game has faced in the country. However, it does show Krafton’s intent that PUBG: New State will be ready for launch in India as soon as the company is able to. The difference this time around is that the game does not have any direct involvement by Chinese company Tencent Games which was the reason behind the ban of the previous mobile game. © Krafton PUBG: New State is slightly different from the original game as it has a futuristic theme and involves gadgets like drones and deployable cover. 6. The PlayStation 5 has been hard to get a hold of in India ever since it sold out on launch day earlier this month. This didn’t stop scalpers from starting listing overpriced PlayStation 5 India units on classified websites which were taken down, thanks to the gaming community’s protest. There has been no word about the official restock but it seems like it may happen sooner than anticipated. © unsplash First spotted by IGN India, Sony’s official Indian e-commerce platform recently changed the status of the PlayStation 5 listing from ‘Sold Out’ to ‘Notify Me’. Once clicking on the button customers will then receive an email stating “nearest store will contact you once the product is in stock.” This could be indicative that Sony India might be preparing to restock the console next month and trying to get a good idea of how much stock is indeed needed according to the demand. IGN India also reported that Sony is planning to bring PS5 to restock by March 2021 according to the website’s retailer sources. © unsplash It is worth pointing out that a specific date for the restock has not been set or communicated to retailers as of now. It will be interesting to see when the restock will actually land in the country especially since countries like Canada, the U.S and other regions have been getting frequent restocks on multiple retail outlets. Earlier this week, there were reports that Sony authorised retailers were taking part in scalping the PlayStation 5 themselves. However, it seems Sony India has taken notice of the current scalping situation and issued the following statement to MensXP: “We have taken serious note of the feedback of our patrons that have been made on our social media handle and reportedly on other platforms. We sincerely expect that the third party retail partners operate in compliance with the legal framework of our country and follow ethical business practices. We have a 'zero tolerance policy’ for any practices that are inconsistent with the afore-said. We have taken steps, as deemed appropriate and available with the company including but not limited to discontinuing our association with such channel partners.” © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The PlayStation 5 Disc Edition retails in India for Rs 49,990 and comes with a one-year warranty card for Indian customers. We advise not paying over the retail price to curb the scalping nuisance in the country and wait for the official restock to appear. The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition is also yet to go on sale in India, however there is no word when the model will be available to purchase in India. To know more about the PlayStation 5, read our official review here where we talk about what we like about the console and where it needs improvement. Source: IGN India View the full article
  7. It seems like the PS5 India launch day saga is still going to continue for a little while longer as it is still uncertain when the console will be available to buy in the country. However, things are turning around since Sony India updated their website again with fresh artwork stating November 19 as the launch day for the console in India. It is prudent to point out that no official announcement has been made yet and it could just be a placeholder image. © MensXP First spotted by The Mako Reactor, the image shows the PlayStation 5 will have new artwork and mentions the global launch date for the console. However, there are good chances that the console might be slightly delayed due to various reasons but it’s still reassuring to see Sony is working on a release date for India. At the time of writing this story, the webpage with the new artwork is still online which you can check out for yourself here. © Youtube/IGN Having said that, the launch of the console may not be as smooth as anticipated since there will be limited quantities to go around. Sources familiar to The Mako Reactor have confirmed that quantities of the next-gen console will be “extremely limited” when it is available for pre-order. There are no limits to where we'll go. We are all explorers. Watch the new #PS5 launch ad: https://t.co/fbiVcoDWQE pic.twitter.com/s8fz8muhte — PlayStation India (@PlayStationIN) October 28, 2020 Nevertheless, we anticipate Sony to announce the official launch date of the PlayStation 5 soon as the company’s official handle has been promoting the console with new videos. Sony’s latest advert that was shared in almost every territory was released via Sony PlayStation India social media accounts simultaneously. It could be that Sony India is preparing to launch the console soon and official launch date details could be right around the corner. © Youtube/UPloadVR Sony recently announced the PlayStation 5 prices for India where the Digital Edition would retail for Rs 39,990 whereas the model that supports physical discs would retail for Rs 49,990. 8. According to a Spanish website called Marca, Money Heist is going to definitely have a season 5 and 6 respectively in the near future. While Netflix has announced that a fifth season is in the works, the latter needs to be confirmed by the OTT giant. © IMDB One can only assume what's going to be the plotline of the much-awaited fifth season of Money Heist. © IMDB While we don't know what exactly will happen in season 5 especially since it ended on an intense cliffhanger. The season finale of Money Heist ended on a nail-biting note when The Professor (played by Alvaro Morte) was held at gunpoint by Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri) as Lisbon (played by Itziar Ituño) entered the Bank of Spain to help the gang with their heist. © IMDB Now, actor Alvaro Morte who plays the role of The Professor on the show has come forward and hinted that this might be the end for his character. They might show his impending death in the next season. While fans are speculating if this is really the end for The Professor, there have been clues that after Berlin, Moscow, and Nairobi, the Professor might die too on the show. © IMDB Alvaro Morte confessed that he believes his character will end up alone. Morte further went on to explain, "Iâm aware this comment will make me very unpopular. The Professor was a very weird guy, a very lonely guy, and what happened with the band and finding love, it's a really small chapter in his life. If we're talking about the end of the character, I think at one point, I'd like to see him go back to that loneliness, that solitary life that he's more used to and seems more comfortable in," he told Express UK. © IMDB Surprisingly, there are speculations that suggest that Money Heist's most hated character Arturo will most likely play a prominent role in season 5. 9. We all knew Captain Marvel was the last resort and also the last saving grace for the Avengers, when a disintegrating Nick Fury 'paged' her in the end credits of 'Infinity War'. Her importance in the upcoming 'Avengers: Endgame' shot by leaps and bounds following the incredible trailer of 'Captain Marvel', where we got a fair sense of what she is capable of – which is basically mind-blowing, boundless power. Even though I have been following Captain Marvel for a long time through comic books, and am fully aware of her powers, I can't help but confess that I was a wee bit doubtful if she would be of any help at all. Especially with Thanos now in possession of all the Infinity Gems- Soul Stone, Reality Stone, Mind Stone, Space Stone, Time Stone and Power Stone. However, Brie Larson, who is playing Captain Marvel just said something insanely awesome to put my doubts to rest and also confirmed that she is definitely going to bring the pain right to Thanos' doorstep. In an interview to TNT Brasil, when asked that even though Captain Marvel was among the strongest superheroes in the Marvel Universe, Thanos could probably give her a run for her money, Larson simply shrugged and said with a nonchalant expression, “he looks kinda shrimpy to me.” OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! MIC DROP!!!! Look at that face! Look at the confidence! That's the face of someone who KNOWS she is gonna kick some purple ass! Look at the choice of her words. 'Shrimpy'! I mean, come on. This is Thanos we are talking about. The dude who single-handedly wiped off like half of the MCU. Even Thor's Stormbreaker had zero effect on Thanos when the axe was embedded in his freaking chest (why didn't you go for the head? Goddamnit Thor!) So, given Larson's statement, I have no trouble believing she has something seriously terrible planned for the Mad Titan and is probably just counting the days for her encounter with 'shrimpy'. What do you guys think? Captain Marvel can take on Thanos? Or, is she also going to turn to crumbs? Let us know in the comment section.
  10. There have been rumours in the past that future iPhones may come with dual-sim support and it may come as early as this year. The feature is said to come to the larger 'Plus' model while also having dual-SIM support for specific regions. © MensXP This is probably the first time we've seen some form of concrete evidence about the iPhone getting dual-sim support. As usual, please take this with a grain of salt, as we never know what Apple does with the final product that will launch in September later this year. Now that iOS 12 developer Beta 5 is out, 9to5Mac discovered a code that specifically hints towards dual sim support. In the image below, one can clearly notice in the code “simTrayStatus” and “ secondsimTrayStatus” that is clearly marked. This suggests that Apple may be testing a device that has support for two Sim Cards on a single device. What's great is that the code was spotted in the iOS 12 developer beta, so we can at least assume that Apple has thought about implementing the much-wanted feature. © 9to5Mac Dual-Sim services are popular in countries like India and China and other regions such as Nigeria, Brazil, and Egypt. Apple's move to introduce a dual-sim variant would be a strategic and crucial move in order to capture the Asian market in terms of sales and market shares. Dual-Sim smartphones have always been popular in the two biggest markets for smartphone and it seems like Apple may finally launch a device that will be hugely popular in India. © Akshay Bhalla Indian users tend to have more than two SIM cards, thanks to new mobile operators such as Jio, who offer extremely competitive data plans. This will allow users to use two different sim cards with different plans without having to swap out SIM cards. The feature would also be important for travellers, who like to use a local SIM card while visiting. This would be a welcome move, only if Apple actually goes through with it, however, keep in mind that this speculation is not confirmed at the moment. We can only know for sure once Apple announces the new iPhone later this year. Source: 9to5Mac
  11. ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ayesha Gulalai said on Thursday alleged that party chief Imran Khan had hinted towards tying the knot in the texts sent to her, which also included misappropriate messages. Gulalai further claimed that she had informed her father that Imran had asked her to meet alone. She said she went along with her father and brother to meet Imran, which irked him. She added that her father had asked Imran regarding what he wanted, but Imran dodged the question. "I am ready to sit infront of Imran and can confront him on the obnoxious messages that he sent. He put me through mental torture and pain," said Gulalai. She reiterated that Imran had sent her the first inappropriate message in 2013. Gulalai claimed that her exposure to the media was also reduced, through Shireen Mazari, and she was not appreciated for highlighting public issues. "After all this, I decided to quit the party," said Gulalai. When asked why she broke her silence after years, Gulalai said, "I felt embarrassed, hence I held back for four years before finally speaking up". To Imran's claims that the PML-N is behind her allegations, Gulalai said the PTI chief has been blaming others for his deeds, adding, "He should come and face me". About the texts, she said the texts were received from the PTI chairman's personal number. "Imran said that he wanted to present a Blackberry phone to me and sent me the pin-code for messages, which I didn't accept."
